Once the hardware has been purchased we will check it into our powerful ConnectWise system where we can track and monitor that warranty for you, making sure the vendor honors it. We will also be responsible for making sure vendor support is delivered when needed and will assist with the onsite troubleshooting prior to the vendor visit, if requested. You will be notified whenever a hardware warranty is about to expire in your yearly report and once again two months before.
